Overview
ECOtality is a leading electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) vendor. The company has multiple product lines and subsidiaries, but the two primary subsidiaries focused on EVSE development and sales are ECOtality North America (formerly eTec) and Blink Network. The US Department of Energy awarded ECOtality North America approximately $114.8 million in matching grants to launch a $230 million EVSE deployment project, called "The EV Project."
